Irish's flat roof team is led by an experienced (I think he said 20 years) flat roof foreman, who really went above and beyond. We had a huge two day storm in the middle of our project and not only were these guys out DURING the storm to make sure it was holding, but also came out in the evening to reapply temporary metal that had fallen off in the storm. Absolutely awesome contractors. You would have thought it was their house with the amount of care and concern they exerted. We look forward to having Irish back out next summer to do other projects."

"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."
