"Our kitchen remodel, and also our utililty room was that was remodelled into a small guest room, looks great. Stephen did a good job. The work was aesthetic, and high quality. He stayed within his estimates and was also flexible to extra options that we requested during the remodel itself. We were very happy with the work!"

"JM Builders completed various improvements around my house, including a custom wall design in my master bedroom, updating my master bath so that it felt like being at a spa, and completing my basement. The attention to detail and craftmanship is absolutely amazing! JM Builders was great about turning my random ideas into the look and feel I was going for! He even helped me with a few things around the house that I wasn't sure how to fix, even though it wasn't part of the work order. JM Builders truly cares about his customers. The only reason I took off half a star was because the project went longer than expected. Some of it was COVID related, to be fair. Even still I would use JM Builders for future projects."

"Brad (owner) was fantastic throughout the whole process. He walked us through every step and asked for feedback along the way. He did things promptly once he committed to a timeline and would communicate the reason if anything had to be delayed (which was usually on our part for changing something). The finished project is beautiful and could tell that he did things even better than if it was his own home. We get so many compliments on our basement and recommend him to everyone who even mentions needing a GC. I would get in with him quickly before the word gets out and people find out how awesome, thorough, and reasonably priced he is."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
Loveland Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.4 out of 5 based on 85 reviews of 85 pros.
