  Comment: This could be a large job or several jobs in pieces; I have a 2nd floor deck that I thought was the source of a leak into the bedroom below it; the deck was tarped and there was still a significant leak into the bedroom below during the last rainstorm; the tile roof is old, and I'm wondering if the leak is coming from the roof tracking down to the place where it then leaks below, Part of the ceiling in the bedroom where the leak occurred has been removed so someone MIGHT be able to look in there and see where the leak is coming from. In any case, with the upcoming rain, I need someone to look at the roof above the bedroom to see if that is the source of the leak, tarp it for the upcoming rain, and then fix it after the rain. *eventually, at least part of the ceiling in the bedroom where the leak is coming in(coming from above) will eventually need to be repaired or replaced.
