He asked good questions and listened carefully to our answers. He then took apart the faucet and described the repair process and any potential problems that might arise to getting the plumbing repaired. Fortunately, Hugo was able to make the leak repair. They used their camera to find out what the issue was and found out that an old cable was left in the line. They were able to call the city to work on the issue.
