"Several years after JES did the water-proofing on our basement the sump pump failed. We contacted JES and they came out within a day or 2 to find out the problem. Scott Boyer was the service pro and he did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what had happened and immediately fixed it.
