"Nick and his crew were top notch. I knew I wanted to work with Nick as soon as we had our first call. He was so detailed in his explanations, had an immense amount of patience to explain things to me. He gave me options and his recommendations on what to do and I never felt like he tried to upsell me on anything that was unnecessary. In addition, when we recently had a bomb cyclone and my skylight ripped off, Nick took a call in the middle of the night and came to repair it as soon as there was an opening in the storm and saved us from having water damage.
