"The Petkus Brothers recently installed a Patio Room, complete with electrical service and a heat pump, on a new concrete pad adjacent to our living room. Intended primarily as a room for our several cats (a Catio room, if you like), this new space has given us enormous flexibility, both in planning extensive renovations to the rest of the house and in simply enjoying our back yard more. The cats seem to like it, too! Throughout the planning, contracting and execution of the Patio Room, consultant Buzzy Landis and owners Keith and Kevin Petkus kept us informed and involved. They kept strictly to the proposed budget, and their staff and subcontractors performed all their work timely and professionally. The results are terrific! We couldn t be happier with our new Catio Room, and we ve already engaged the Petkus Brothers to tackle our other renovation projects.
