I've worked with him several times now and he does an extremely high quality job, shows up every day he says he's going to, is communicative, and charges what I feel are more than reasonable prices for his professional work. "What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."

"Well, I hope this is showing as a five star review. This was definitely a five star job by footprint floors. I really cannot say enough good things about them. Eduardo was a consummate professional throughout, and Benito who actually did the work on the floors is a master craftsman. I wish I could post pictures here. Hopefully Eduardo will put it on his Instagram feed. They took our floors which were covered with vinyl flooring, plywood, carpet, and decades of crud, and made them look brand new. They are simply beautiful. I just really cannot say enough good things about this entire experience. if you are looking to get hardwood floors refinished, look no further. These are your guys."
