"Scott, Tanner, and Dustin of PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER were simply outstanding. They arrived to the job precisely on time and ready to work. Everyone was professional, easy-going, and friendly. I had three different plumbing projects, two of them major. At every step, they explained what was going on. I could see the work being done with exacting care and each step was laid out so I could understand what they were doing and why. They completely fixed a major water leak and replumbed the pipes in the basement ceiling to perfection. Beautiful work. All overhead. In an hour. They worked quickly but with great care as they knocked out the next issue. A major foundation leak. Fixed. Pressure tested. Not a drop anywhere. They spent the rest of the day replacing a sewer main. Their work was again done with great care. Friendly, but no fooling around. They fixed every problem in a single day. "Steven was excellent. very knowledgeable , very polite and knew his stuff!!! He came out to fix my overflow to my tub that was leaking down to my garage. He also checked my water pressure and we are scheduled to take care of that in about 2 weeks as well because he said it was too high and that could cause a real problem in the future."
