It would take me more than 3950 characters to explain how refreshing it was to experience such customer service. Firm handshake ( made you feel secure) , Polite, Courteous, available, respectful, flexible in the service of his service, willing to make adjustment for the purpose of accommodating the customer, very affordable prices. A quality high touch is what I experienced. Grateful to know that there are still men of integrity, men of substance. An excellent job with a gracious excellent service. I have already recommended him to my other contacts. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for Mr. Jones service should hire him immediately. He does so much more than appliances. "My furnace had a minor issue, but it was on New Years Eve. Austin responded quickly and came out within 40 minutes and fixed the issue quickly. He explained the problem and what he did to fix it. It was an all around good experience on a day that many companies weren t even working."
