I pay attention to finer meticulous details and I must say- the sheet metal work performed looks so aesthetically pleasing, prim and proper. The bends and angles in the line-set (the copper tubing from the exterior condenser to inside the house) hugs the walls and is mounted so pristine. I have peace at mind knowing this job was performed correctly and I do not need to worry about my heating/cooling for another 10+ years! "Last Saturday night heater in my house stopped working. The prospective of staying without heat over weekend and maybe more was horrifying. I called Comfort Arrows and surprisingly their dispatcher picks up the phone. She said she will send someone over. In lees then 40 minutes technician was in my house. Oleg was very knowledgeable and quickly find the defective unit. Despite all the supply stores being closed on weekends he was able to get proper part from their inventory. It took just 2 hours as problem was fixed. Incredible job by Comfort Arrows. Greatly appreciated."
