They said they do work that Thursday. Thursday, two men showed up at about 830AM that started work, A three ft. X eight foot area was stripped bare-no bricks. That's what I wanted them to repair. "We were very satisfied with our service from Rob and Fire It Up at the end of September. After buying our first house, we wanted to make sure everything in the chimney was safe and working efficiently. Rob's inspection and estimate were very thorough and detailed. He clearly knows his stuff and didn't pressure us to schedule repairs right away. Mario and team did a full crown coat, put in two liners, and poured insulation.
