After having each company come over, we decided on Natural Water Environments. Craig came to our house well prepared with pictures of pools done by his company and had samples on hand. Our visit with Craig was not rushed and he answered every question and concern. Once we made a visit to the showroom and samples were taken home, a start date was given. The staff is very respectful of our home, moving things with care and cleaning up every evening. Having small children in the neighborhood, I wanted to make sure the gate was locked, and it was. We even had to go out of town and updates with pictures were sent to us with each step. A walk through was done and there were a few small minor issues and it was fixed with no problems. We would highly recommend Natural Water Environments. Craig and his people are responsible, courteous and hardworking."
