Our visit with Craig was not rushed and he answered every question and concern. Once we made a visit to the showroom and samples were taken home, a start date was given. The staff is very respectful of our home, moving things with care and cleaning up every evening. Having small children in the neighborhood, I wanted to make sure the gate was locked, and it was. We even had to go out of town and updates with pictures were sent to us with each step. A walk through was done and there were a few small minor issues and it was fixed with no problems.
