Absolutely went above and beyond for me even though I called at the worst time for them, they made time for me and did an amazing job repairing my HVAC riser and a broken water pipe! They even used some scraps of material to make my porch safer. So glad I found them as I saved over $300 going with them over other companies that applied to do the same job!! "We cannot say enough about what Eric has done! Ecstatic is an understatement. We had a tub/shower side by side that was builder grade and we lived with it for 16 years as it rotted away. Custom Bathrooms By Design worked with us, our budget, and gave us a gorgeous walk in shower with shelving for towels and it just feels as luxurious as it looks. We will definitely be hiring them again very soon for other projects because they are THAT GOOD."
