"Donny came out and completed my inspection. He was great! I reached out a few.times and he made me feel very comfortable in knowing my issue would be resolved. My only concern was how far out their office is able to get technicians out to begin work. I was initially given a date two weeks out. Luckily, I called again at a time when another client cancelled and was able to get an earlier appointment. Jeff, the service technician, came out yesterday to install a one way trap to allow the squirrel to escape but not return. Jeff was knowledgeable and just as personable. Very happy to have selected Pure Defense!"
