It was very clear he was working to prevent future issues (leaks) and brought the connections to the industry standard so I no longer needed connectors from 1/2 to 3/8 for the water lines. The job was much more difficult than I thought which made the agreed price even more reasonable. A skilled man, a fair price, and a great job (I don't have a web of water lines under my sink and the shut off valves are much more efficient)."
