"I hired Elm Installation Services for window replacement and had a good experience. First off, they answer the phone! Second, they get your materials ordered right away so that you are out waiting around for the no. To be done. Third, it is reasonably priced for the quality you are getting. Lastly, they are true to their word with being on time for the appointment and making it as convenient as possible. I work from home so it is very distracting to have workers hanging around. Not these guys! They were in and out and did not leave a mess. The workers were friendly and professional. Moreover, Eli is trustworthy and he gained my trust pretty much right away, which says a lot because I am a lawyer. Once I saw how professional he was I was able to relax because I knew I was being treated with respect and integrity and that he was not going to cheat me out of my money. I would recommended him to a friend or family and believe this is going to help with an on-going neighbor issue so I can sleep!"
