"I went to Homeadvisor.com and got about 4-5 calls. One guy stuck out. The honest guy who actually said "look you sound like you really need relief and I may lose the business but I'll be honest with you, theres a little copper line that if you replace it has an 80% chance of fixing it and you'll have hot water. He did it and it worked. AND HE WAS SO NICE HE FIXED OUR KITCHEN FAUCET LEAK TOO!! Customer service over the top. I would recommend this guy 10,000 times over. He hustled, he cared and was honest. All the other people lost our business and we'll refer him to our friends!"

"Robert went above and beyond installing our water heater. Robert tied the cooper cold and hot water pipes to a 2 x 4 so they won't rattle and when water begins to flow. He put installation around the hot water pipe which will make it more efficient in the winter. Robert also took the time to explain the various features of the Bradford White Water Heater. Overall, Robert takes his time to make sure that the install is done all up to code."
