"They came out and cleaned our attic from top to bottom. Took out all the old insulation (which no one will do), vacuumed, sanitized, rodent proofed, new insulated ducting, and came back after our AC was installed to blow in insulation. Crew was very professional. We feel we got our money's worth for sure!"

"Tom, the salesman/inspector, was great, showed up promptly to inspect. I received the quote via internet. Somehow the reply/acceptance form didn't interface with my PC. Tom was quick to do a work-around to get things moving. His crew came at the pre-agreed time and explained what they would be doing. They used plastic sheeting to protect carpet, wood floors and walls. They also created an air baffle curtains to prevent cool a/c air within the 2nd story. The back bedroom window was used as access for equipment and insulation, all the area there was covered with plastic sheeting All the insulation, old and new, was taken out and in thru a rear bedroom window, as was the large vacuum hose to vacuum the attic prior to sealing any air gaps. I was shown pictures of attic ~ before, in process and after. I strongly recommend this company. I had quotes above and below the cost and feel the professionalism of the inspector and the installers was top notch."

"I hired Americool to insulate the attic and walls of my exsisting home. Scott's bid for the job came in lower than what other companies wanted for just the attic. He and his crew showed up right on time and took only 6 hours to complete the job. They were pleasant,professional put down plastic to cover my floors for protection and thoroughly cleaned the jobsite when they were finished. Two days later and we already notice a big difference in the balance of temperatures and noise reduction. Great Job!"

"Me and my husband live in a condo in Los Angeles. About 6 months ago the neighbors upstairs rented their condo. The new neighbors are a family with two kids who are very sweet, but like to wake up early and throw stuff on each other. (At least thatâ s what itâ s sounds likeâ ¦) we talked to a few different contractors, most have offered us to inject insulation to the ceiling. We tried it, as it was not expensive, but, this did almost nothing. My husband who has very light sleep kept waking up every day at 5, what made our life very difficult. We did some due diligence and realized we need a much serious approach. When we talked to Eli at ELM, we understood right away thisbis the right contractor for us. His level of knowledge exceeded everyone else's, and he was wiling to make everything as clear as possible for us. The price wasnâ t cheap, as the construction included demo, installation of many materials and even lowering the ceiling. The project took about 2 weeks and we could see the difference right away. We could barely hear any thing!! What a huge difference! The crew were cleaning after every day of work and were very professional. "Everguard is the only company to use - period. They provided on the phone estimate while other companies come out and give a 2 hour presentation and ask if "your wife will be home" because they want everyone to be involved in the decision - this is not a decorator item - its insulation! I had my attic and walls blown in and it took 3 guys a complete day to do, and they were all very helpful and pleasant to work with. I also added a ceiling with sound proofing which took a few hours the next day. Everyone was accommodating with my needs. Do not bother with any other company!"
