"Our house was painted over 20 years ago. While the stucco is still in tact, the facia was showing age and wear. We heard from a friend that Genuine Coatings was in the area painting houses. Thought weâ d get a quote to address facia deterioration. During consultation Mario Alleano, owner of Genuine Coatings (GC), suggested we (two friends and I) take a look at a couple houses his crew recently painted in the area. He actually arranged for us to tour one property and talk with the homeowner who praised the quality of workmanship clearly visible and professionalism of GC staff (always on time; courteous and friendly; left the job site clutter-free; met the projected date of completion). We each requested a quote for full house repair and paint. After vetting three other painting companies we determined GC reasonably priced and able to work with our individual schedules. My two friends arranged to immediately start work on their houses. My job was scheduled to begin a month later so I had the luxury of watching their work in progress. Friend#1 chose a completely different updated color palate, while Friend#2 chose to refresh her existing house and trim colors. Both jobs required different construction/deconstruction requirements and came in on time. Impeccable workmanship. While we waited for our start date to arrive Mario texted to check on color choice, confirm start date, and address lingering questions.
