"There are three things I'd name. First, the estimate was that the job would take five days. They came on the specified Monday and completed the work by Friday. There was no coming and going, stringing out the project. Second, Arnold, the company owner, was present and working along with his team of three every day. Third, we were responsible for gathering all the materials so if there was a delay, it would have been on us. Also, it means we had full choice of what was being used. We are very pleased with the result and would hire them again. One other note. Gwynn was the advance person to come and give an estimate. She guided us every step of the way in preparation and was specific in what the work would entail. We've heard lots of horror stories in getting such work done. This is not one of those. We're very pleased with the outcome."
