Long story short total gut and rebuild.....RetroFoam was very flexible in working around other contractors schedules, they were understanding of others schedules and time frames, and when it was there time to come in, they were on time, and present to work with. The work was done as it said it would be even with technical issues. You could easily tell that quality work was mixed with quality product, and the highest attention to detail.
