"After our water heater was spraying water into the basement. Erick from Arcadia arrived quickly, gave us a fair estimate and was at work that same day with a friendly crew. While they were working they found some corroded pipes that were in bed shape and they added that work on to what they were doing that day, and had everything finished by midafternoon. I was pleased with the work, pleased with the price, and pleased with the friendly service. Erick is a super nice guy! And his team was great. "Aundre and his crew worked diligently to locate the problem as to why my kitchen sink would not drain. Unfortunately, the problem was much further down the drainage line to the main. This required new piping to be placed. In the process of trying to locate the blockage, Aundre worked in five foot sections to locate the problem in an effort to help save $. The basement floor was jack-hammered, the entire pipe replaced, concrete poured, and the area cleaned up in this short amount of time. The entire team was very courteous, helpful, and professional."
