"After heavy rain last weekend , the roof started leaking into the home causing significant water damage to the interior dry wall. I contacted Ideal Roofing and Mike inspected the roof within 24 hours, taking pictures and explaining the issue to me. He left me with several options, but eventually I decided to get the entire roof replaced along with the repair/replacement of the interior water damage. He provided several options for shingle choices as well as metal flashing, vent covers etc. Mike and his team replaced the roof within 2 days, and took another 2 days to repair the interior drywall back to its original condition. They cared enough to point out to me the necessity to change my gutter in a sensitive area and repairs water damage on the exterior. They built and replaced two staircases, reinforced all of the railings and balusters, installed lattice work around the perimeter of the bottom of the deck, replaced all of the deck caps and installed new concrete footing at the base of the deck.
