"Our team from Newpro was Conor for installation and Kurt for plumbing. Conor from Newpro was amazing. He arrived on time or early, and worked a very long day. He kept his workspace protected and neat and regularly consulted with us as he worked. He always warned us if he was going to be noisy with the demo or the cleanup. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why while continuing to work. It was very evident that he takes pride in what he does and checks his work, measuring twice or thrice before he cuts. Kurt our plumber for the job was very personable and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to have in our home and if we do another bath project, we will be sure to ask for them."
