Both times Chris was able to come out and service my A/C unit the same day, and both times he was on time (even after I changed the time on him the second time by a few hours). He went above and beyond to ensure that my A/C was up and running that same day, including spending 2 hours driving back and forth to the warehouse where the part was located.
