He explained the scope of the work & his quote was very fair. He & his crew turned up on time, they were professional, courteous, and cleaned up. Mike even did a few extra things that were in an adjoining room that were not part of the original quote. Upon completion he asked us to inspect the work and said if there was anything we were not satisfied with he would fix it. We were delighted. We both felt that this was a trustworthy, honest company & we will definitely use Moser Construction again."

When I ordered the door Charles made it clear it would take a while to get the door delivered due to supply chain challenges during the pandemic, but my current door was such a mess it wouldn’t open at all so, at no additional charge, he replaced the springs on the spot with a temporary set and had the door operating perfectly until the new door arrived. The installation of the new door was super smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of door and opener and of course the service of Charles and his crew.
