When I ordered the door Charles made it clear it would take a while to get the door delivered due to supply chain challenges during the pandemic, but my current door was such a mess it wouldn’t open at all so, at no additional charge, he replaced the springs on the spot with a temporary set and had the door operating perfectly until the new door arrived. The installation of the new door was super smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of door and opener and of course the service of Charles and his crew. I never leave comments but I this case I felt compelled given how exceptional the process and end result was!"

"Eddy, the repairman, was very conscientious about getting the job done right. He fixed the door but saw that something was not quite right. He kept looking until he found the problem, which meant that he had to redo some of his work. He could have just left, since the door was going up and down, but something was not right in his eye. So, he stayed with it until he found the problem. Many would have left whenever the door first started working, but Eddy was not satisfied. He is one hell of a technician! I will not hesitate to contact A-1 for any work in the future."
