"Iâ m an out of town multi-unit landlord that has hired Leonardo in the Melbourne area maybe 10x over the past year for a variety of indoor and outdoor painting projects. Fantastic work all done on a handshake. I trust Leonardo to always go above and beyond on quality without any doubts. You will not be disappointed."

Cabinet Refacing
"Excellent. Affordable Kitchen was prompt, pofessional and affordable. The work shines. If ever I were to recommend anyone, it would be Affordable, and I don't recommend all that much. But don't listen to me, do your homework with the huge guys, and you'll see I'm right. They rock."

"We hired Zack to install crown molding in our cathedral, ceiling living room, and dining room. It was a difficult task with many unusual angles. It was a job that would normally demand two carpenters, working together to install, but amazingly, he was able to complete the entire job by himself. Multiple challenges faced him due to the construction of our home, but he was creative and resourceful in solving them. He was also an excellent communicator, and always showed up when he was scheduled. The finished product exceeded our already high expectations. We would definitely recommend this highly talented young man."

Painting
"Chuck did the estimate and helped us with the color choice, which was semi gloss white. We chose an earth tone for our front door with his expertise as well. AMAZING! Taylor and Gene took all thecabinet doors down to paint in their shop. Everything was done in a week. They were so friendly and professional. We are going to hire them to paint our garage and do the floor."

"Project to replace cabinets and countertops for two guest bathrooms. Fabricio & Lucas came, quoted a price and duration of project of two weeks from demo to completion. Their price was the lower of my other quotes, and they completed the project in four days. Their work was perfect; their attention to detail was remarkable and both bathrooms look brand new with a simple refresh renovation. Additionally, I asked them to fix some cracked grout issues in two shower areas and they repaired both areas perfectly at no additional charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a quality job done for a good price."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
