"We are do it yourselfers and had completed this job twice just to have both of them be ruined because we were told to use the wrong product at the big box store. John was very knowledge and friendly. He explained what we had happened and educated us on what to do next time. He even knocked the price down from the original estimate because the work was not as extensive as he thought it might be. It seems in this day and age not too many people would have been honest about that and would have charged the original amount quoted. Very honest person and we really appreciated it. His response time and follow up was very quick as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would."

Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
