"Having dealt with other roofing contractors prior to selecting Granada, we went in skeptical and guarded. Carlos was our primary contact and he was such a kind and pleasant person to work with. He assured us that they would be straightforward in their dealings and their work would be quality work that we would be pleased with. We had a very difficult journey in getting our work approved by the insurance company followed by having to deal with dishonest contractors during the bid/quote process. So, our final decision to go with Granada was the best decision we made! Carlos and his partner were very quick to respond to all of our questions and provided clarity on things we weren’t quite sure about. As the work proceeded he was excellent about pointing out additional repairs needed and the cost for our approval. Even with some replacement items I questioned, he was quick to address the concerns to our satisfaction. You won’t go wrong with these guys. He has worked with me to get the insurance stuff all sorted out and has been patient while waiting on stuff from my insurance company. They left an extra package of shingles to use if ever needed so they match the ones I put on.
