Once we reviewed the comparative offers, we selected Harp Construction and Heily prepared the paperwork. Lalo arrived on a Tuesday and removed the existing walkway and prepped the ground for the new walkway. The next day the village inspector came out and approved the prep. Within 45 minutes the concrete truck arrived and Lalo poured the walkway. By late afternoon the project was complete and he finished the job to our satisfaction.
