Zwolinski met and surpassed our every expectation and helped us fine tune our design. Many contractors advised us that a transition-less shower could not be done in our medium sized bathroom. Courtesy of Zwolinski and his expert tile and plumbing man, Lester, and team, we now have a superior transition-less shower with a new drain correctly pitched for the Kohler rainforest shower system we selected. From LED shower lights to heated floor and Edison lighting, we are thrilled with our new Spa. Arnold is a no nonsense guy. His bid was in the middle of the pack but his work is truly superior and if you have the supplies ready you will have a new bathroom in 4-5 days. Ours took 4 and 1/4 days. Be ready for them to blitz it day one. They were there from 7:30a to 9:15p. Great crew all the way round. I kept them supplied with cold and hot beverages and they were appreciative and worked straight through to the evenings. Couldn t be happier. "BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."
