"We hired Adam to convert our single-car garage into a bonus room (framing, drywall, electrical, flooring, moved a gas line, rerouted the hose spigot, and replaced the garage door with a slider). The quality is fantastic. I’d recommend him to anyone. What really stood out: Adam cared about the details. I had a rough vision, but when we hit decisions I hadn’t thought through, he’d flag it and, if I didn’t have a strong preference, steer me toward the right choice. He had a real vision for how it should look, not just doing the bare minimum or blindly following directions. The other thing was how clean he and any of his crew kept their workspace. This didn't actually matter since they were in a garage we weren't using, but every day it was immaculate, and all the material scraps were removed. "I called the owner Steve and he immediately called me back. He was able to schedule a time for an estimate within a couple of days. Steve brought numerous samples for carpeting and vinyl flooring when he came out. He made all the measurements that day and gave me the estimate. I was pleased with the pricing so Steve set up the installation for the following week. The 3 installers were professional. They tore up all the old carpeting for family room, living room, stairway, hallway and one bedroom and replaced with new carpeting. They also tore up the old flagstone in front of fireplace and replaced it with fire proof vinyl flooring. They took all the old flooring with them after completing the job. They were able to complete all the work in one day. Steve came by after the job was completed and checked that the work was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Minuteman Floors."
