"Joe came out sooner than I expected when I told him I had no heat. He was a real pro, knew what he was talking about and I had my heat going within an hour or so. He stayed and bled the system a few times, checked for gas leaks and made sure everything was in working order before he left. He even called back after a few hours to check if everything was OK. I took his card to give to my friends if they ever need it. Plus he seemed to be a good guy."
