There was no need for us to place orders and deal with deliveries and the headaches that can come with this sort of project. She was happy to send updates and pictures for us to see progress, and as a designer myself, it was really reassuring and exciting to see things progress! There were a few snags that needed tending to at the end of the project but they were keen to come back and make things right for us.
