Michelle checked over everything first and advised what needed to be fixed in my 1979 attic. The job was done in a timely manner and very quiet too. Afterwards she sat down and went over everything with and she stayed at her quote !!! She has a heart of gold and you can truly tell she knows what she is doing and she CARES about the job she does and her customers. I wish there were more stars to rate her with. "D&D put in blown in insulation. They cleaned my attic and I went up to look at it. Exceptional cleaning and then they blew in the insulation. My house feels fresh and cooler. These people don't mess around, they get the job done. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend them. Hard working people also their conduct was very professional."

"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."
