"No surprises, Alumni worked well with the city at each phase. All work was explained well, documented in the quote or change orders and completed as per explaination and on time. Could not be happier. This was a large remodel project on a hundred year old home. Work included adding a new bathroom which included the need for an ejector pit, new laundry room with cabinets and recreation space. Project required all new electrical panel, windows and architecural work. The teams were all very professional and respectful of our home. The work is high quality and we are very pleased how it turned out."
