Porch size is 5ft x 11ft. Slanted porch is directing rain toward the house. Slab can be narrowed to accommodate the tree. Their is also a decorative block fence that is being pushed over and will need rebuilding depending upon the cost of course. My name is Richard Merriman. 2484252187.
