His ability to put things in layman's terms was a refreshing experience contrary to so many contractors who come and try to talk over your head in order to over complicate the subject just so they can sell you their services and products (which you often may not need). His expertise and knowledge of his trade were very apparent. Add this to Randy's easy going pleasant and professional demeanor and we ended up with exactly what we needed.
