The owner was very responsive to all questions and requests. The work site was kept clean and the owner and a supervisor kept the work moving in a very efficient manner, getting the project completed on time. The price for the job was reasonable compared with other quotes. As an additional project, we also considered replacing gutters but the owner saved us money by fixing and reusing the old gutters which turned out to be in adequate condition. This cost saving allowed us to proactively deal with a more pressing maintenance repair work on the chimney which J & R Ultimate Construction also completed to our satisfaction."
