After he came out and diagnosed the issue they informed me that my board on my heater was bad and I would need to have it replaced so we went on ahead and got it ordered. They came back out and installed the board and it fired up on the attempt. I would say 10/10 on experience with them and I?m happy I found someone who can work on my equipment."
