When I told him of some "abnormalities" in the looks of the carpet, he drove back out and proceeded to use a dry method on the questionable areas of the carpet. He called me back afterwards and said he was glad that I called him and had him back out because the wet-clean did not complete the way he envisioned. (My carpet was heavily stained).
