"He called to give a clarification of his time of arrival. He was very knowledgeable and honest! He told me he would rather see me invest the several hundred dollars it would take to put a bandaid on my 15 yr old refrigerator in a new one, since the bandaid wouldn't fix the problem but only extend its borrowed time. You couldn't ask for a more honest appraisal!"

"Matthew was very quick to get back to me and get the job done right. I had a leaking toilet that was not seated correctly so it ruined the floor beneath. I had this issue fixed 3 times before. Matthew came out and replaced the flooring underneath it and now it sits correctly on the floor and no longer leaks. I would definitely have them come back if I had any other plumbing problems"
