"I used a contractor in repair a raised house flooring and they did do a good job. These guys came in assessing the situation and recommend to remove the vinyl flooring and add a layer of plywood to the floor to make it more stable , they did the entire house with removing the shoe molding n flooring fixing the entire house and put the vinyl back down. The floor is so much stronger and you canâ t even tell anything was done; the floor is much sounder and you can tell itâ s strong and doesnâ t move like before more"

He did some framing for me and also my roofing. He did some trim, siding, installing doors, a deck that I wanted, and some plumbing. Anything his does is great quality and will last. Also his price for what I wanted to be done to the house was great. I tried others but their prices were higher than my budget. I would really recommend Escobar for anything that you may or want to be done, without the worry of not being done well. They show up on time every day and they also clean all the trash.
