From the cleanout at the front of the house to the street it runs dry, but fixtures drain very slowly and back up. I pulled the cleanout plug under the house and some construction debris came out from a recent renovation, but it is not cleared. I'm confident the blockage is within the footprint of the house, but we need to find the blockage and have it removed.
