"Architecture drawings for a minor remodel were done on time and on budget. The town asked for one update to the drawings and Talo Architect made the update promptly. This update required consulting a licensed engineer. Talo was able to get input from an engineer and update the drawings accordingly very quickly. Talo is a very competent architect. He keeps abreast with the latest building and energy saving techniques by attending training and seminars. I had a great conversation with him about above-sheathing roof insulation - a technique that is highly recommended by building science professionals but not known to many architects and roofing companies.
