"After a rough night with buckets and the shop vac in my basement when my water heater died, Jeff was a light in the dark that I needed. I found him through Angi and after getting a great quote from him, he was able to get a new water heater in for me that day. He called before he arrived and gave me an ETA, was punctual, polite, and professional. His workmanship is clearly of a high quality that comes from years of experience. Jeff explained everything without jargon or condescension and answered all my questions with thorough answers. He advised some more work that our water line needs to prolong the life of our new water heater and I will definitely be calling him in for that work as well. I have already recommended Water Heaters in a Hurry to family who are new to the area just in case they need any plumbing work. I'd give 10 stars if I could!"

"George personally answered the phone, came out 1 hour earlier than anticipated the same day, after calling to say he was on his way! He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, had the part in his truck and had us operational in 15 minutes. He also tested our Freon and noted it was on the low side and gave us more! He recommended service for the unit, which weâ ve never serviced, so that wasnâ t a shock. When I asked to have it done, he was unable to do that day due to prior commitments. Mad an appointment to come back out and service the coils. Couldnâ t ask for a more honest reliable contractor!"
