"M&N Painting was very professional in their work and paid attention to the details we requested. He and his assistant were on time every day and worked very hard to complete the removal of the old texture and replacing it with the new texture and painting of all of the rooms in the entire house in record time. They do excellent work and I will hire them again the next time I have a painting job to be done because I know they will do it right."

"John was able to fabricate an additional swing gate for my fence that had been disassembled due to a pool project. I requested that the materials on site be utilized and he was able to reuse all the pickets and still make the fence look like it did prior to being brought down with the addition of a gate. John and his brother had attention to detail and verified through each step of the process that items were cut to square and placed level. I would highly recommend John for any welding jobs and I plan to utilize his expertise in future projects."

"Ramos painting and remodeling did a great job. I had old drywall fall from my garage ceiling. I needed a full ceiling demo, drywall, tape, mud and prime. After getting 10+ quotes, I picked his company because the price was reasonable and he was knowledgeable. Always on time and finished the job as agreed upon. Would hire again."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
