"Chip is the most knowledgeable HVAC person I have ever met. He is kind, professional, and very well educated in his field. He took the time and effort to listen to all my concerns and met me with a reasonable, dare I sayâ ¦ brilliant solution. Prices are incredibly fair compared to the bigger companies in town. If you want to be treated fairly and get a good value for services, call Lee immediately. Upper Arlington customer."

"They cleaned up everything after they were finished. The job matched perfectly to the previous fence that I had. I would definitely rehire them again without second thought. They were very kind and understanding."

"We hired Promus for a custom (trapezoidal motorized [solar powered]) blind install. We have a unique situation; we have a wall full of windows – 11 total. The windows are large, tall (the tallest at 21’), and six are trapezoidal. They came a performed the pre-installation measure and then later returned to install. The pre-installation measure went flawless. During the install, we had some issues. You see, our windows ever so slightly bowed inward in the middle. My guess some it is from the drywall mud and tape during initial home construction. So, the blind slight rubbed and got hung up upon lowering. The Promus team went above and beyond the call of duty to slightly alter the blinds in order for them to fit windows and work properly. They are truly worthy of a 5 star rating and I would, without hesitant, hire again."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
